By using Stay4All, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Stay4All.

3. Listing Guidelines

  • All listings must represent real, available properties
  • Photos must accurately represent the property
  • Pricing must be honest and transparent
  • No discriminatory language or requirements beyond legal preferences
  • Maximum 6 photos per listing

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Attempting to bypass platform features or security
  • Using the platform for illegal activities

5. Limitation of Liability

Stay4All is a platform that connects tenants and property owners. We do not own, manage, or inspect any properties listed. Users are responsible for verifying property details and conducting due diligence before entering any rental agreements.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
